AFM (Aluminum Foamet Material). Induction module to air cleaner backing plate. OEM replacement reference 29368-99. Cometic’s AFM (Aluminum Foamet Material) gaskets are made with an aluminum core with a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic thin foam-like rubber layer bonded to both sides. Temperature resistance of over 250°F (122°C). AFM rubber has a 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention. Re-torqueing, gasket sealers or silicone beads are not required. Note: will not fit 1999 Touring with Magneti-Marelli fuel injection.
